About
I’m Frieder Krauss. I thrive on coaching & supporting people in and outside of the workplace.
Since you willingly clicked to get to this “About” page, I’m guessing you actually want to get some background info before getting in touch. I was born and raised in Southern Germany and studied many things in Nuremberg from 2004-2010, among them a bit of Psychology, Theatre Studies and actually finished my English/German degree (to eventually become a teacher). However, since I was working in Sales from 2005, in a team leader role from 2007 onwards, I always kept my eyes open towards other opportunities. One of those opportunities arose when me and my team leader colleagues got coached and trained by Harald Sontowski (team aha!), the process of which impressed me so deeply that I wanted to go down that evenue ever since – even though I didn’t yet know what avenue exactly that was.
I started developing training programs and workshop formats for team aha!, eventually started delivering those programs and kept working with team aha! in some shape or form over the years: As project manager, assistant to the general manager and freelancer, a role I fulfill to this day. Other clients over the years include BG3000 GmbH, Ruhruniversität Bochum, Schauinsland Reisen, Lufthansa City Center and more. I finished my dissertation about Franz Kafka and Cognitive Poetics towards the end of the pandemic and dove into leadership topics, delivering webinars and coachings to leaders and executives worldwide. When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my family at home in Prague, with synthesizers and other musical equipment, playing basketball, travelling or reading.

Basketball
Well, I might not be very good at it. But I love the sport and I prefer assists and rebounds to points so you might enjoy playing with me.
